Please note that handwritten bus passes are no longer accepted.

If your student needs to ride a bus other than their assigned one, parents or guardians must contact the school by email or phone before 12:30 p.m.

How to request a bus pass:

• Send an email to shsnewsletter@stanwood.wednet.edu or call the school office.

• If you call, you’ll be directed to confirm your request by email.

• Include the following information in your message:

  • Your student’s first and last name

  • The name of the student they’ll be riding with

  • The bus or route number

• You will receive a confirmation email once your request is processed. If you do not receive confirmation, please follow up by phone.

Requests made after 12:30 p.m. may not be processed in time for same-day changes, though every effort will be made to notify students.
