Class of 2026 seniors: Please use the button below to request your final transcript, which will be sent on July 7, 2026.

Summer hours

SHS Counseling Office is closed for most of July and August, and will reopen Aug. 24 with the hours of 8 a.m.-2 p.m. until school resumes on Sept. 2. Please exercise patience if your transcript request isn't processed during this time period, but rest assured it will be sent as soon as we are back in the office. 

For Graduation Verifications (from 3rd Parties)

To verify that a previous student has graduated please email an Education Verification to Barbra Burton at bburton@stanwood.wednet.edu , or by FAX, ATTN: Barbra Burton, to 360-629-1331. 

Please provide the following information for the student:

  • Full Legal Name while attending SHS

  • Birth Date

  • Grad year

  • Signed release (may be electronic)
