Yearbook and Senior Grad Ad Submission Deadlines:

Please have your Senior Photos taken as soon as possible.  In order to be included in the Yearbook, we must have your photo by Friday, October 9, 2026. For additional information, please see the attached guidelines.

Senior Grad Ads have been a tradition for many years. Parents have the opportunity to purchase space dedicated to their child/relative on a page in the Yearbook. It’s a way of making the Yearbook personal to each senior and celebrating their senior year and high school career. We have full page, half page, and quarter page ads available to purchase. Grad Ads are due by Friday, November 13, 2026. For additional information, please see the attached guidelines. 

Graduation photos:

Parents/guardians are not allowed on the field during the ceremony. Designated photo areas will still be available on both sides of the field for families to take photos.

Additional items to note for Graduation:

Balloons at Graduation: To ensure that all of our guests can fully enjoy the Graduation ceremony, we will not allow balloons in the Stadium this year. If you bring a balloon or balloon bouquet to the gate, you will be asked to return it to your car until after the ceremony.

Graduation Supplies and ordering:

Jostens will be on-site for the Class of 2027 Meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. Stay tuned for additional information to order your Graduation attire! 

Fees and Fines: 

Senior Fines

Please pay any outstanding fines or fees. All balances must be paid in full to receive graduation tickets.

Parents - you can view fines by logging into Intouch. Unpaid items appear in red at the top, where details can also be viewed. Payments can be made online or at the ASB window (cash/check).

If you can’t access Intouch, you or your student can contact Mrs. Petree in the office for a printed statement.

Students - For any overdue books or tech fines, please visit Ms. Byrum in the Library (Monday–Wednesday). For questions related to Food Service Balance, don't hesitate to get in touch with Michelle Huntley at the District Office: 360-629-1200 x3560.

• June 8 - Senior Check Out: Seniors receive graduation tickets during 6th period after checking in Chromebooks, being signed off by teachers, and paying any fines. Student fees & fines must be paid to receive Graduation tickets. Please note: 12 total tickets, 5 to use inside OR outside, and 7 that are outside only.
• June TBD - Baccalaureate, doors open at 6 pm, begins at 6:30 pm *not an SHS event
• June 10 - Senior Sunset,  7:30-9 pm, AUX Field 
• June 11 - Mandatory Graduation practice, 7:45 am, SHS Gym 
• June 11 - "Roots to Wings" elementary walks. INFO 
  • RtW Permission Slip & Google Form both due by June 2nd.
