The FAFSA is open and ready for families to start filling out: Click HERE. . BEFORE the event, parents and Students will need to create their accounts (separately) at www.StudentAid.gov. SCAF will be in attendance as well for scholarship help. College Application help will be available.

- August 22nd- Senior Only purchase days for ASB, parking permits, yearbooks
- August 23 - Senior Only purchase days for ASB, parking permits, yearbooks
- Sept 4th - first day of school for 10th, 11th and 12th
- Sept 5th - Senior Sunrise, 6:20 am at Larson Stadium
- Oct 11th - Senior Yearbook pictures due
- Oct 22nd - Class meeting with Jostens/Senior Picture 5th/6th period
- Nov 8th - Grad Ads due
- Jan 10th - SCAF Presentation during Advisory
- Jan 31st - LAST DAY TO PURCHASE YEARBOOKS
- Feb 1st - SCAF Senior Scholarship Application Period Opens
- Feb 5th- FAFSA & Scholarship Help 5:30 - 7:30 pm in the SHS Library
- March 10th - SCAF Senior Scholarship Applications Due (by midnight)
- March 19th - Senior Dessert Night 6:30 - 7:30 in the Commons
- April 28th to May 2nd - Prom Tickets on sale in main office (more information to follow)
- May 9th - Senior Prom, 7-10pm
- May 14th - Josten's Cap and Gown Pick Up 8:30 - 2pm in PAC Lobby
- May 15th - College & Career Signing Night, 6-8 pm
- May 19th - Celebration of Excellence, 6:30 pm in the PAC {by invitation only}
- May 27th - SCAF Scholarship Night, 6:30-8:30 pm in the PAC {by invitation only}
- June 2nd - Spartan Athletic Awards Night
- June 3rd - Senior Memory Night, begins at 7pm in the PAC, *not an SHS event
- June 3rd- Senior Parade, begins at 5pm downtown, *not an SHS event
- June 5th - Seniors receive graduation tickets during 6th period, around 1:00 (student fees & fines must be paid). Please note: 12 total tickets, 5 to use inside OR outside and 7 that are outside only.
- June 5th - Baccalaureate, begins at 6:30pm *not an SHS event
- June 5th - Senior Sunset, 7:30-9:30pm at the AUX Field
- June 6th - Mandatory Graduation practice, 7:45 am in the SHS Gym
- June 6th - "Roots to Wings" elementary walks.
- RtW Permission slip and google form due by June 2nd.
- June 6th - SHS Graduation, 7 pm - Bob Larson Stadium
- June 6th - Grad Night: following graduation - please contact SHS Booster Club
- June 10th - LHHS Graduation
- July 7th & 8th, 8am-2pm - Seniors pick up their diplomas
(After these initial pick up dates, diplomas will be available for pickup in the Counseling Office during regular business hours, once the office reopens for the 2025-2026 school year at the end of August.)
BE ADVISED: Seniors MUST give written permission for someone other than themselves to pick up their diploma. If you know that you won't be able to pick up your diploma, please email Christy Headrick at cheadrick@stanwood.wednet.edu stating your name, and to whom you are giving permission to pick up your diploma.

FINAL TRANSCRIPT INFORMATION
SENIORS, FINAL TRANSCRIPTS WILL BE MAILED OUT TO COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES ON JULY 7TH & 8TH. PLEASE FILL OUT THIS GOOGLE FORM (form will be active after Spring Break) WITH THE NECESSARY INFORMATION IF YOU KNOW WHICH SCHOOL YOU WILL BE ATTENDING, SO THAT THIS CAN BE DONE FOR YOU.
BE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE FILLING OUT THE FORM.
