Please note regarding photos at Graduation:
We will not have a professional photographer on-site for graduation pictures. While parents/guardians will not be allowed on the field to take photos, there will be designated areas on both sides of the field for parents/guardians to take pictures when their student receives their diploma.
Graduation Supplies and ordering:

- August 18th - 8:00 am to 10:30 am Senior Only Purchase Time for ASB, parking permits, and yearbooks
- August 19th - 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm All Grades purchase days for ASB, parking permits, and yearbooks
- Sept 3rd - first day of school for 10th, 11th and 12th
- Sept 4th - Senior Sunrise, 6:20 am at Larson Stadium
- Oct 10th - Senior Yearbook pictures due
- Oct 28th - Class meeting with Jostens/Senior Picture 5th/6th period
- Nov 12th - Grad Ads due
- Jan 5th - SCAF Presentation during Advisory
- Jan 31st - LAST DAY TO PURCHASE YEARBOOKS
- Feb 1st - SCAF Senior Scholarship Application Period Opens
- Feb TBA- FAFSA & Scholarship Help 5:30 - 7:30 pm in the SHS Library
- March 9TH - SCAF Senior Scholarship Applications Due (by midnight)
- March 25th - Senior Memory and Dessert Night 6:30 - 7:30 in the Commons
- May 8th - Senior Prom, 7-10 pm
- May 6th - Josten's Cap and Gown Pick Up 8:30 - 2 pm in PAC Lobby
- May 14th - College & Career Signing Night, 6-8 pm
- May 18th - Celebration of Excellence, 6:30 pm in the PAC {by invitation only}
- May 26th - SCAF Scholarship Night, 6:30-8:30 pm in the PAC {by invitation only}
- June 1st - Spartan Athletic Awards Night
- June 2nd- Senior Parade, begins at 5 pm downtown, *not an SHS event
- June 4th - Seniors receive graduation tickets during 6th period, around 1:00 (student fees & fines must be paid). Please note: 12 total tickets, 5 to use inside OR outside, and 7 that are outside only.
- June 4th - Baccalaureate, doors open at 6 pm, begins at 6:30 pm *not an SHS event
- June 4th - Senior Sunset, 7:30-9 pm at the AUX Field
- June 5th - Mandatory Graduation practice, 7:45 am in the SHS Gym
- June 5th - "Roots to Wings" elementary walks. INFO
- RtW Permission Slip & Google Form both due by June 2nd.
- June 5th - SHS Graduation, 7 pm - Bob Larson Stadium
- June 5th - Grad Night: following graduation - please contact SHS Booster Club
- June 9th - LHHS Graduation
- July 6th & 7th - Final transcripts to be sent out

FINAL TRANSCRIPT INFORMATION
SENIORS, FINAL TRANSCRIPTS WILL BE MAILED OUT TO COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES ON JULY 6TH & 7TH. PLEASE FILL OUT THIS GOOGLE FORM (form will be active after Spring Break) WITH THE NECESSARY INFORMATION BY JUNE 30TH USING YOUR SCHOOL EMAIL IF YOU KNOW WHICH SCHOOL YOU WILL BE ATTENDING, SO THAT THIS CAN BE DONE FOR YOU.
BE SURE TO READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE FILLING OUT THE FORM.
